Store Information

Product Pages: Each product page will provide necessary information about that product. Please read all information before you make a purchase. You will find a description along with other information such as face size fit, measurements, available colors, available strengths, etc.

Check Availability: Most product pages will have a Check Availability link at the bottom of the page. The link will take you to a form that you can submit to check on availability for a product color or strength that does not appear on the drop-down menu. We will reply with availability status and approximate in-stock date, if applicable. If the item is available, we will also notify you as soon as we receive the item. It is difficult to impossible to stock all colors and strengths at one time. My vendors do not have them all at any given time. And, some items can only be ordered in pre-mixed assortments. It's frustrating! But, I will do my best to get any available item you want.

Check Availability Form: In order for the form to be submitted, a verification code needs to be filled in. If you cannot read the code, just click on the small purple box with arrows until you see one that you can read.

Phone Orders & Inquiries: I will gladly take phone orders and answer inquiries. There will be times when I cannot immediately answer your call. PLEASE leave your name, phone number and a brief message. I promise you that I will return your call as soon as possible!!

Tennessee Customers: Sadly, I am compelled to add state sales tax to your orders.

Tri-Cities, TN Customers: If you are near Jonesborough and would rather pick-up your order, you can select the "local shipping option" at checkout. Once your order is complete, you will need to call me to set up a pick-up date and time. For $40.00 and under orders , this will save you the shipping cost.
